About Me
Hi, I’m Adina – the hands, heart, and flour-dusted apron behind Dina’s Little Bakery.
I grew up with the smell of warm pastries and sugar-dusted memories. Now I bake from my kitchen in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, inspired by the traditions I grew up with and the joy of sharing something homemade.
Every batch is shaped by hand, with the kind of care you just don’t find in a factory. These aren’t just sweets — they’re little pieces of home.
My Mission
To keep things simple, honest, and made from scratch.
I want every treat to feel like it came from someone who knows your name — because it did. I don’t cut corners, I don’t mass-produce, and I don’t believe in rushing good dough.
Whether you’ve had a long day, a celebration coming up, or just want something sweet that feels real — I’m here for it.
Everything Homemade
No shortcuts. No weird additives.
Just real ingredients, classic recipes, and the kind of sweets that make you pause for a moment and smile.

My third order in one week—I’m addicted to this baklava! The golden-brown phyllo is perfectly crisp, generously filled with chopped walnuts, and soaked just right in pure honey. Thank you for delivering such an authentic and consistently delicious baklava.
